Black Bean Burger Patty
Ingredients:
- black beans, 1 can or 3/4 cup dried, cooked
- cooked brown rice or lentils, .5 cup
- corn, 1 cup
- garlic powder
- chili powder
- salt
- pepper
- egg replacer, 1 “egg”
- (optional) onion, small, diced
- (optional) jalapeno, diced
- breadcrumbs, 1/3 cup
Steps:
- put everything but the breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl
- stir in the breadcrumbs
- divide into patties, cook
Yields 4 large or 6 small patties.
