Ingredients:

  • black beans, 1 can or 3/4 cup dried, cooked
  • cooked brown rice or lentils, .5 cup
  • corn, 1 cup
  • garlic powder
  • chili powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • egg replacer, 1 “egg”
  • (optional) onion, small, diced
  • (optional) jalapeno, diced
  • breadcrumbs, 1/3 cup

Steps:

  1. put everything but the breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl
  2. stir in the breadcrumbs
  3. divide into patties, cook

Yields 4 large or 6 small patties.
