Ingredients:
- chickpeas, 1 can or .75 cup dry, cooked
- tahini, 1/4 cup
- extra virgin olive oil, 2 TBSP
- garlic, 2 cloves
- lemon juice, 2 TBSP
- salt
- water, 1/4 cup
Steps:
- add tahini and olive oil to food processor, pulse to smooth
- add everything else, blend until smooth
Yields ~2 cups.
