Ingredients:

  • chickpeas, 1 can or .75 cup dry, cooked
  • tahini, 1/4 cup
  • extra virgin olive oil, 2 TBSP
  • garlic, 2 cloves
  • lemon juice, 2 TBSP
  • salt
  • water, 1/4 cup

Steps:

  1. add tahini and olive oil to food processor, pulse to smooth
  2. add everything else, blend until smooth

Yields ~2 cups.
